Together with Cleanpart, Avaluxe offers efficient cleaning services for transport packaging and magazines with automatic cleaning systems that enable reproducible cleaning results. Transport packaging is usually made of plastic and contains our customers' products (wafers, automotive parts, mechanical components, etc.). Although these components are not the main products of our customers, they are nevertheless to be regarded as extremely critical for the overall process. Regular removal of a wide variety of contaminants (dust, particles, grease, chemical products and organic material) is essential.

The systems used at Cleanpart enable these sensitive components to be thoroughly cleaned with a wide variety of media. A liquid-based process such as dipping, spraying or high-pressure cleaning (deionized water, surface-active substance, solvent, etc.) is usually used. The combination with rotating, turning and / or brushing devices ensure that the holders and magazines are cleaned from all sides.

Drying takes place by spinning off, blowing off with air or nitrogen or using warm air.
Necessary controls are carried out during cleaning. Compliance with limit values for particles, organic or ionic impurities is guaranteed by accompanying laboratory analysis. (ICP-MS, LPC).
